Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This notice explains what data we collect when you visit socializza.com, ask to join the beta or write to us. It covers the website and the beta waitlist. The Socializza service will have its own privacy notice and data processing agreement, published before launch. The Italian version of this notice is the reference text.
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is ITALDRONI S.R.L., registered office Via Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour 13, 10019 Strambino (TO), Italia, VAT number IT13399080012. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, write to info@socializza.com.
2. What data we process
Browsing data
When you open a page, the server hosting the site automatically logs some technical information: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, response code, the browser and operating system your device reports, and the referring page. We don't use this data to identify or profile you.
Data you give us in the beta form
Name, email address, the profile you choose (agency, business, creator or individual, developer), the AI agent you use if you tell us, the page language, the page you sent the form from, and the date and time of submission and consent. The server also logs the IP address of the request, which we use only to block automated submissions and abuse.
Data you send us by email
Your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
We don't ask for special categories of data (health, political opinions, religion and similar). Please don't include them in your messages.
3. Why we process data, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Running the site, protecting it from attacks and abuse, finding errors | Browsing data, form IP address | Our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Managing the waitlist, inviting you to the beta and writing to you about it (access instructions, beta updates, feedback requests) | Form data | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form |
| Answering your messages | Email data | Steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other questions, our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Defending our rights in case of a dispute | The data the case requires | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
We don't use form data for newsletters or promotions beyond the beta. If we ever want to, we'll ask for a separate consent.
Giving us the form data is optional. Without a name and email address, though, we can't invite you to the beta.
We make no decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal effects on you.
4. How long we keep it
- Browsing data: 30 days, then deleted. We keep it longer only when needed to investigate an attack or abuse, and only for as long as that takes.
- Beta form data: until the public launch of Socializza and in any case no longer than 12 months from submission. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete it within 30 days. If you join the beta and create an account, the data moves to the account and follows the service's privacy notice.
- Email: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months from the last exchange.
Encrypted backups follow their own rotation cycle. Deleted data disappears from the backups when the cycle ends.
5. Who receives the data
We don't sell your data or pass it to third parties for their marketing. Only the controller's staff working on Socializza and the providers of our infrastructure can access it. The providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), for the dedicated servers that host the site and the data, located in the European Union.
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg), for sending email, in the Frankfurt region (Germany), and for encrypted backups, in data centres in the European Union.
We may disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
We store and process data in the European Union. Amazon Web Services belongs to a group based in the United States. Should any access from the United States occur, the transfer is covered by Amazon's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Security
The site only uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data sits on dedicated servers with encrypted disks, access limited to the people who need it, and encrypted backups. The site loads nothing from third parties: no analytics, no social buttons, no external fonts.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format (portability), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). You can withdraw consent whenever you like, by writing to us or using the link in every beta email. Withdrawal doesn't make earlier processing unlawful.
To exercise your rights, write to info@socializza.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the registered email address.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
9. Other information
The beta is open only to people aged 18 or over. If we find we've received data from a minor, we delete it.
The site doesn't use cookies. Details are in the cookie policy.
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects data you've already given us, we'll tell you by email.
